Terms of Service

By accessing or using PatternAligned, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Access is by invitation only — you must be approved by a hoster to use the platform.

PatternAligned is a private AI platform that uses your behavioral patterns to deliver a personalized AI experience through Nova. It routes your queries to one or more large language model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity) based on the nature of your request.

Nova is an AI assistant. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

• You must be invited and approved by a hoster to access the platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or transfer access to another person.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use PatternAligned.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to generate illegal content or content that violates any third-party rights.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the behavioral modeling system.
• Use the platform to automate requests at a volume that degrades service for other users.
• Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation during onboarding.

PatternAligned does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated response. You acknowledge that:

• AI models can produce incorrect, outdated, or misleading information.
• Real-time web results (via Perplexity) reflect third-party content that PatternAligned does not control.
• You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.

Your use of PatternAligned is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there, including transmission of your messages to third-party AI providers.

PatternAligned is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or changes to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatternAligned and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to errors in AI output, data loss, or service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if your host removes your access. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
